Our system, which includes a 6 stage wash, automatic dry-off and full reclaim powder booth, can serve your powder coating needs. Large parts up to 8 feet long can be processed on our adjustable speed synchronized paint line, as well as very small components that may require masking, and other operations - we pay attention to every detail of your order. |

Our liquid plant can process both plastics and metal components. Our high volume coating line is specially designed to meet automotive quality standards for painting plastic parts. We have extensive experience in “soft touch” interior components, and base / clear applications for automotive exterior component finishing. Metal parts can be processed in one of two batch booth systems, with baking capabilities. We also offer value added assembly and packaging services. |

Our chromate conversion system offers new expanded warehousing capabilities, up to date with the latest technologies. We are ISO 9001-2000 certified and Mil-c-5541 compliant. Our index style electrocoat line features a 6 stage pretreatment system, power and free conveyor, and full lab capabilities, to ensure full compliance with your performance specifications. |
